De hecho lo que pasó fue que Steve es una de las celebridades que están apareciendo en el programa para ganar dinero para la fundación de caridad de su elección. En el caso de Steve Nash fue la Steve Nash Foundation (duh!).

Stevie tuvo que contestar una pregunta para la oportunidad de ganar 50,000 USD. Aquí el video.

The most entertaining part of the new reality show, “Shaq Vs.”? The credits.

Tuesday’s debut, which featured Shaquille O’Neal taking on Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger in football, was a tad long and a bit contrived. It became decidedly more interesting, though, when the credits rolled and this name popped up as one of the executive producers:

Steve Nash.

Shortly after O’Neal was traded to the Suns in February 2008, Nash mentioned to his new teammate a reality show he was pursuing. It would feature the Suns point guard taking on professional athletes in their own sport.

The topic didn’t come up again until early in the 2008-09 season, when O’Neal boarded the Suns bus and told the team he would be starring in a new reality show in which he would be taking on, you got it, professional athletes in their own sport.

“You mean the idea you stole from me?” one Suns representative said he heard Nash say.

He’s not making it off the list this time.

Where the NBA 2009-2010 Schedule is made public happens

El día de hoy la NBA publicó el calendario oficial de la temporada 2009-2010!

La temporada comienza el 27 de Octubre y los Suns en particular, comienzan su temporada en mi cumple, el 28 de Octubre. Los Suns jugarán en Los Ángeles contra los Clippers, así que tal vez me regalen una victoria de cumpleaños… yay!

De Navidad, la NBA nos regala cinco partidos uno tras otro, empezando a las 12PM ET y terminando por ahí de la media noche. Merry NBAX-Mas, alright!

Los partidos a jugarse en Navidad son Miami vs. NY, Boston vs. Orlando, Cavs vs. Lakers, Clippers vs. Suns y Denver vs. Portland. Así que esperemos que la tercera sea la vencida y esta Navidad los Suns sí puedan ganar.

La temporada regular termina el 14 de Abril del 2010 y el último de partido de los Suns es en Utah contra el Jazz.
